Customer Support (CRM system)

Currently 30 people are working on the cloud­-based MiniCRM system. We are looking for a talented customer support colleague who can join our team.

We at MiniCRM would like to develop a user­-friendly business software.

Do you like computers and softwares? Do you have technical affinity? Would you like to work in a tech startup? Challenge yourself in our customer support position.

You can do exciting things

  • You will provide MiniCRM­ users with technical help regarding the product
  • You will be one of those who know our cutting­-edge CRM system the best :)
  • You will learn to identify and solve complex technical problems quickly
  • You will cooperate with our developers in discovering and fixing the cause of a problem to prevent a question from occurring twice
  • You can improve your English language skills day by day
  • You will update user guides and make them simpler

Requirements

  • Advanced English language knowledge
  • Technical affinity. Like to work with softwares and computers
  • College degree
  • Enjoy doing challenging brainteasers
  • Empathy (you should really want to help our customers)
  • Right spelling, good writing skills
  • Ability and persistency to implement quality ideas quickly
