Email Marketing Efficiency
To see reports on the size of your mailing list and conversion, go to the Reports [1.1.] > Email marketing efficiency [1.2.] page.
Here you can see the number of those opportunity cards that are in the Marketing and Lost status groups and there is an active email address on them. Those people’s cards can be found in these status groups who you target only by sending emails.
Here you can see the number of opportunity cards that were transferred from the Marketing and Lost status groups to Opportunities or Won groups during the period that you examine.
Example: If you have a mailing list containing 1000 email addresses (in the Marketing and Lost status groups) from which 50 cards were transferred to the Opportunities status group (became leads), the conversion is 5%.
