The 4 most important task categories are shown to make your daily work easier:

  • Tasks due today: Every task that is assigned to you and is due today (with or without a specific date)
  • Overdue tasks: Part of your daily tasks. Every task that is assigned to you and is overdue.
  • Closed tasks: Your tasks that were closed by you ‘today’.
  • Postponed tasks: Every task that is assigned to you and is postponed.

Tasks ranked in order of importance

You can find your tasks in one place. Every overdue task and tasks due today are shown. They are ranked according to the following criteria:

  • Tasks with specific date are shown first ranked in order of importance

  • Overdue tasks and tasks due today (without specific date) are ranked according to the following criteria::

    • Qualification (VIP>Qualified>Unqualified)

    • Sales status groups (Won>Opportunities>Lost>Marketing)

    • Lead rating (Committed>Undecided>Not interested))

    • Date of deadline’s expiration (The oldest ones are the less important.)
